Hosted by Warwickshire & Solihull CAVA at Warwickshire Community And Voluntary Action Warwick District in Royal Leamington Spa, the session gives coordinators space to discuss recurring challenges with others who understand the role, from onboarding to burnout. Expect an open discussion format rather than a lecture, with practical tips and contacts to take away. Suited to anyone managing volunteers in the charity or community sector locally, whether newly appointed or well established in the role.
