Chester Devs hosts this informal Lean Coffee session at That Beer Place: no speakers, no slides, just a room of developers pitching topics on the night and voting on what gets discussed. Each topic gets a timeboxed slot, so conversation stays focused and everyone gets a say in where the evening goes. Good for developers, whether employed, freelance or job-hunting, who want honest peer discussion rather than a lecture. Turn up with a work problem, a technical opinion or just curiosity. Free to attend, drinks available at the bar, and a relaxed way to meet others building software in and around Chester.
