This session brings together inclusion leads and SENCOs from across Wiltshire schools to review Individual Learning Plans and compare approaches with peers facing similar challenges. Hosted by The Diocese of Salisbury Academy Trust at St Peter's CE Primary Academy in Salisbury, it offers a chance to step back from the daily caseload and discuss what is working, what isn't, and where practice could be strengthened. Expect practical, grounded conversation rather than formal presentation. Free to attend, it suits anyone responsible for inclusion provision who wants honest input from colleagues doing the same job elsewhere in the network.
